Are you a self starter? Do you love to take initiative? Do you have excellent customer service experience that you want to apply to provide a platinum experience for our senior clients while helping caregivers provide JOY to seniors every day? Ideal Candidate:
- · At least 2 years of experience in home care or a related field.
- · Strong organizational and time management skills.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Exceptional customer service
- · Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, or a related field (preferred)
- · Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Sample Position Responsibilities:
- · Manage client care issues
- · Support caregivers in providing a platinum experience to senior clients
- · Assist with scheduling caregivers/clients
- · Manage incoming client prospects and explain the benefits of Comfort Keepers
- · Follow up with client/caregiver inquiries
- · Conduct Plan of Care Updates with clients
- · Assist with billing/payroll
