Work Environment
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Hybrid / Field and Office environment

Job Description
- Intro and check in calls with new employees and clients
- Schedule assessments and reassessments
- Conduct surveys and reviews
- Conduct care appreciation calls
- Follow up with any complaints
- Keep track of the birthdays and anniversaries of caregivers and clients
- Visit clients and caregivers in the field as needed
- Help improve retention of caregivers and clients
- Complete special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- As we are sometimes working with hearing impaired Clients, excellent command of the English language is required
- Knowledge of home care preferred
- A valid driver’s license
- Open travel within San Diego County
- Willing to submit a background check and drug screen
