Quality Assurance Specialist/Lead Caregiver

Comfort Keepers is an innovative and growing company within the home care field seeking a motivated, self-starter for the position of quality assurance specialist.

The Quality Assurance Specialist (is):

· under the general supervision of the Assistant Administrator

· responsible for assistance with training and retention activities of caregivers

· helpful with ensuring caregivers and client needs are met

· assist in client management and scheduling as needed

· help with office assistance as assigned

· participate in the on-call rotation

· assist with client care as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in the healthcare field, preferably home care or LNA experience from companionship to hospice care
• Extremely self-motivated, wanting to be a part of a business you can personally help grow
• Outgoing, friendly, and works well with caregivers, seniors, their family members and fellow professionals in the health care field
• Excited to help caregivers and the administrative team deliver excellent in-home care
• Strong leadership abilities
• Organized, impeccable follow-through, detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adjust for hectic schedules
• Highly connected to technology (smartphone, email, various computer software, etc)
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent, ability to pass a background check, valid driver’s license

Salary is $22.00 per hour based on experience. And…company car, paid on-call rotation, health insurance including dental and vision (employer pays 90%), and 401K with 4% match vested 100% after one year!
