What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Comfort Suites?
Knowledge about toilet repair
Minor Ptac Knowledge (programming wall thermostats/replacing bad units with good units)
Pool/spa Knowledge (knowledge of pools and spa chemicals or willingness to learn)
Minor electrical knowledge (outlet not working properly, bathroom fans replaced)
Dry wall repair/Paint Touch up
Electronic Key Door Knowledge (programming/replacing
standing/walking/bending over/crouching
open availability
You will be working at a new hotel with 119 rooms. You will be required to work 5 days straight, with 2 days off per week, 8 hour days.
Pay depends on knowledge of job duties. You will need reliable transportation to and from work. Understand that we are a hotel and are never closed which would require you to possibly working holidays.
This job will require some maintenance knowledge.
Drywall repair/ Paint Touchup/ Minor Electrical/ Replacing Door Handles/ Caulking/ Furniture Repair: These are the very least you will need to know how to do from the beginning.
