Billing Coordinator

Billing Job Duties
- Coordinate, create and send customer invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Process statements for customers and ensure invoices are received.
- Process vendor invoices for payment.
- Track, monitor and resolve billing issues and collection of outstanding receivables.
- Process credit card purchases.
Contract Administration Job Duties
- Enter new customer contract agreements into system and ensure tasking is accurate.
- Ensure customer contract agreements renewal dates are tracked and renewed accurately.
Requirements
- High School diploma required. Business or Accounting certification or degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- Ability to use Microsoft office suite, accounting software and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service experience, ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Experience with invoicing, AP/AR a plus
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass full background screen and drug screening
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, stop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
- Available for minimal travel as needed; less than 10% throughout the year
Compensation
- Wage Range Starting at: $18.00 /hr. based on qualifications & experience
