Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm

Starting Pay: $65,000 depending on qualifications

The Insurance Estimator is responsible for performing all estimates relating to insurance jobs in a professional and business- like fashion. This person will be speaking with adjusters, homeowners, agents, and our Sales Team regarding insurance claims and settling the contract amounts. This person will report to the Office Manager and should have experience in Xactimate, Microsoft Office, Windows, excellent oral and written communication skills, and flexibility in performing a variety of tasks. This position is NOT remote, and out office location is in Waite Park, MN.

Duties:

· Communicate with internal/external sales regarding jobs

· Communicate with insurance adjusters, agents, and companies to settle claims

· Communicate with owners

· Build estimates within Xactimate

· Data entry into our Construction CRM software

Requirements to be on our team:

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Highschool diploma with additional industry school expected

· Minimum 2 years’ experience working with adjusters, agent’s owners in insurance work

· Have a general knowledge of building and building codes, especially in roofing, siding and exteriors of structures.

· Proficient in Xactimate in level 2 skillset

· IICRC & HAAG certificates a plus

· Proficient in Windows & Microsoft Office

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Strong organization skills

· Must have strong communication skills.

· Positive Energy & Teamwork Mentality.

· Results Orientated, Goal Driven & Self Motivated.

· Experience with Construction CRM software a plus.
