Inventory Associate

CommCan is a vertically integrated Cannabis Company. We have a cultivation facility in Medway and three dispensaries in Millis, Rehoboth, and Mansfield. We are currently looking for an entry level inventory associate for our Medway facility. The hours for this position will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The successful candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and a reliable team player. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to multitask, and have experience in inventory management.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pull allocations for stores and organizing product for internal deliveries

• Pull wholesale orders and organize product for wholesale deliveries

• Maintain the vaults, ensuring neatness and organization and prioritizing first in first out

• Label split packages for internal and wholesale orders

• Act as floater delivery driver as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years old.

• Pass a comprehensive background check which is required.

• Maintain clean, orderly, sanitary conditions.

• Professional and amicable demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Punctual and reliable with attendance.

• Professional and able to take direction.

• Dependable and hardworking attitude.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Ability to work well with team members as well as individually.

• Ability to work under the pressure of constant and changing deadlines.

• Must be dependable, professional, and able to follow instructions.

• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and/or focus on one task for an entire day.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must possess superior fine motor skills and hand eye coordination.

• Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching as well as carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation.
