Commercial Construction and Maintenance is a growing general contractor company based in Bessemer, AL. We specialize in small to mid-level commercial projects such as car washes, convenience stores, and municipal buildings. We are a general contractor who serves our clients and employees through excellent quality construction services.
We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Project Manager. The PM will help the Production Department oversee new projects of their own to completion. The PM will need to be very organized, a self-starter, and flexible. In addition, the PM must provide great attention to detail and have excellent communication skills (oral and written). This position has the opportunity and vision to grow within the company. The position is a full-time position with industry-competitive pay with full benefits.
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Obtaining Quotes and issuing Purchase Orders.
- Creating the Scopes of Work.
- Creating the Baseline Schedule.
- Revenue Projections.
- Gross Margin.
- Approving and tracking Change Orders.
- Coordination of invoicing approval from Project Managers and General Superintendents.
