Job Posting for Project Manager at Commercial Construction Company
Seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Project Manager.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Must be detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be capable of preparing and reviewing project documents, submittals, RFI’s, Change
Orders and pay applications.
- Must be able to prepare schedules/budgets and maintain them through closeout of project.
- Must have ability to work with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and all office and field team members.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a quality product.
- Estimating skills are desirable.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
