Team Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our auction yard team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational skills. Must be able to work Independently & also in a team setting & have a general knowledge of industrial tools, machinery, equipment, & vehicles. Ability to operate a forklift is required. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license & good driving record are required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to ensure operational excellence
- Write, Photo, & List auction Items on to contracts
- Load/Unload Equipment w/Forklifts
- Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently
- Manage yard operations efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment

Experience:
- Self Motivated, Dependable, & detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Forklift experience/certification

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
