Role and ResponsibilitiesCRS is adding a Waterfront Services Crew Leader to its team. The Waterfront Services Crew Leader will work remote at the direction and discretion of the Waterfront Technical Services Manager. The Waterfront Services Crew Leader will be available and committed to necessary CRS installs and take downs beginning April 1st and ending October 31st each year (7 months of the year, off November 1st through March 31st). · Install inflatable floating aqua parks in lakes, ponds and ocean settings (spring) o Unbox, inflate, and assemble inflatables in accordance with the applicable park design layout o Position and install various sizes and types of anchors o Connect inflatable products to corresponding anchor lines · Assist in the process of removing and winterization of inflatable aqua parks (fall) o Conduct deep cleaning of inflatable products at the end of the season o Deflate, fold, and bag inflatable products for winter storage · Interface with customers on answering questions, creating and communicating quotes, etc · Perform repair and maintenance services to inflatables, both on site and in a warehouse setting

· Strong verbal and written communication skills · Prior work experience in the commercial recreation industry Required Education, Background & Skills:
· Keyboarding skills & proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) Physical and Environmental Requirements: · Strong swimming skills · Outdoor physical labor with infrequent office work · SCUBA a plus but not required · English speaking; Spanish a plus Travel Needs: This position requires sustained seasonal overnight and weekend travel to customer's locations during two main seasons in spring and fall. Travel logistics are coordinated by the company and related expenses are covered by the company.
