POSITION OVERVIEW
The management trainee position is a learning role intended to assist in business and leadership skill development for the long term success of Commercial Tire. This role will include the opportunity to attending leadership and business training and education, work in a variety of roles in the company from service, production, sales, operations, and Corporate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The management trainee will be rotated through a training program and is expected to fully engage in the positions they are assigned temporarily. Assignments may last from 4 – 8 weeks based on individual trainee plan.
- Lead and/or participate in trainings and educations.
- Work as a member of projects and may be asked to lead projects.
- Responsible for weekly reviews and biweekly check in summaries of how the work has been going, recommendations for opportunities they see in the business.
- When working in a business role, ensure that performance is at or above the expected level.
- Sets a positive leadership example and follows dCompany policies and procedures.
- Engages in safe work behaviors, coaching, and education.
- Exemplifies the values of Commercial Tire in all aspects of work.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of a store environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are preferred
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business.
- 3 years of relate business experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (Required)
- Regular attendance and punctuality is required and is an essential job function (required).
