Electrical Superintendents and Project Managers needed for Major Commercial and Industrial Projects throughout South Bend and Surrounding Areas
Responsibilities:
- - Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- - Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- - Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- - Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates
- - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices
- - Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management
- Experience:
- - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- - Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or ProCore
- - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- - Familiarity with Bluebeam or other blueprint reading software
- - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- - Experience managing contracts and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
