Responsibility:
Responsibilities of the welder include, but not limited to:
- Study blueprints, sketches, or specifications.
- Operate manual or semiautomatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments.
- Calculate the dimensions of parts to be welded.
- Read, understand, and interpret two- and three-dimensional diagrams in order to fit metal products correctly.
- Inspect structures or materials to be welded.
- Ignite torches or start power supplies.
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating.
- Maintain equipment and machinery.
- Perform all other welder duties and maintain clean and orderly work area.
- Perform precision work, often with straight edges and minimal flaws.
- The ability to see details and characteristics of the joint and detect changes in molten metal flow.
Qualifications:
We are looking for those team members that possess the following traits:
- Must have commercial commercial welder experience (MIG/TIG/STICK).
- Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
- Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the electrical trade.
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
- Conceptualize concepts easily and visualize potential outcomes.
- Knowledgeable about technological developments.

- Valid Driver’s License with transportation.
