OVERVIEW

CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst to join the team in Charleston, SC. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks aimed at supporting the operational efficiency of our organization. The primary focus of this role will be to assist in administrative tasks related to our NIWC customer task order.

Established in 2001, CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense’s (DoD) GCCS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees and subcontractors by collecting necessary documents such as CAC, clearance, training, and any staffing updates. Process SAAR-N forms, track and gather certifications, ensure IAT level compliance, and verify clearances for new team members
  • Generate cumulative reports, update report templates monthly, consolidate monthly reports into the Tactical Operations Support Request (TOSR)
  • Track training for team members and subcontractors, including CAC, clearance, and staffing updates. Capture team metrics from sprint reviews and other outputs
  • Assist in travel arrangements for team members, create Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), consolidate team travel events, work with team members to capture travel-related details, verify JTR approved expenses, gather receipts, and submit travel expenses for processing
  • Resolve clearance issues, process Common Access Cards (CAC) for new hires or transfers, process new employee’s paperwork to create .mil email accounts, troubleshoot account issues
  • Process Minor Property forms, schedule laptop pickups, and track GFE items in the Property Information Environment (PIEE)
  • Monitor and track Paid Time Off (PTO) requests for team members
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, and methodologies, such as networks, cyber security, software development, cloud computing, service desk management, and Agile

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience and Education:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 15 years of direct work experience with the use of information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data to support of three (3) of the following five (5) areas: requirements analysis; knowledge analysis; project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs; development of contract schedules, out year planning and POM budgets, compliance planning and program planning; knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFARS, OPM requirements, and other business related regulations. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
