The Direct Service Professional (DSP) Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing direct services and support within client homes. Additionally, the Direct Service Professional (DSP) Field Operations Coordinator will ensure that day-to-day documentation procedures, tracking of medication administration and compliance is met. The Direct Service Professional (DSP) Field Operations Coordinator will engage Service Facilitators to ensure client growth and participate in monthly job fairs to expand and recruit new staff. The Direct Service Professional (DSP) Field Operations Coordinator will also act as a trainer offering training to external customers relative to BLS and CPR/FA.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform weekly review of all DSP documentation and medication administration practice to ensue agency and, county and state compliance standards

· Communicates areas of accountability and performance expectations regularly

· Perform as a trainer performing BLS and CPR/FA to external/internal customers

· Attends monthly recruiting events

· Partners with other House Manager to analyze schedule and staffing plans. Communicates challenges with schedules, coverage, and staffing

· Provide support as a DSP when staffing is low

· Engage and coordinate opportunities to market program expansion

· Regularly schedules client (family) visits to audit the progress of each DSP and Agency concerns

· Coordinates with Senior Executive team as it relates to all client complaints and identifies a workable solution

· Plays a key role in the recruiting efforts, on boarding, and training of new DSP staff

· Attends regular staff meetings

· Weekly review of documentation of client documentation, MARS, Timesheets

· Ensure each home has adequate supplies (cleaning, emergency, medical and other necessary client forms)

POSITION EXPECTATIONS:

· Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position

· Provides feedback/input as it relates to DSP one-on-one performance evaluations

· Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

· Keeps Senior Executive staff promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action that may be taken

· Demonstrate critical thinking and problem resolution abilities

· Create and maintain a positive atmosphere for client(s), team members, and other staff

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

· 3 years’ or more experience performing in HR related role, compliance and policies and procedures

· Experience in the Home health, Senior Living, or Independent Living industry

· Basic knowledge in Data Entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· High integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality

· Must have own personal vehicle

· Reliable and functional automobile with the ability to transport clients

· Personal Vehicle Insurance (Collision and Liability)

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills

· High school diploma

DESIRED SKILLS:

· Associate degree in Business Administration or related field

· Active CPR/First Aid Certificate

· Previous experience working with individuals with development abilities and/or seniors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
