Job Posting for Hardscape Area Manager at Common Area Maintenance Services Inc

The Hardscape Area Manager is a multi-faceted role with an industry leader where you will apply your customer service skills in the facility and property services industry to drive account retention and upsell opportunities. Your objectives are to ensure quality control of the maintenance and construction services we provide to commercial properties and make recommendations to sell enhancements to improve a property’s value.

Duties:

  • Create a daily route and drive to see your portfolio of commercial properties to ensure 100% client satisfaction and account retention by conducting Site Audits
  • Submit monthly Site Audit reports to clients assessing quality control of contracted services with recommendations for property upgrades (enhancements: hauling, graffiti, landscape, painting, pothole repair, etc.)
  • Regularly communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to understand and meet their needs
  • Collaborate with sales, account management and operations teams to ensure efficient and effective outcome to dispute resolution with client accounts
