What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Common House?
Common House is a social club for inspiration and comfort, designed to foster connection and creativity. We are rapidly growing and are currently accepting applications for part-time Housekeepers in our brand new Chattanooga location.
The Housekeeper position revolves around maintaining the cleanliness of the public areas of the club and preparing hotel rooms for guest stays.
Duties include:
- Ensures the completion of all front and back of the house duties as assigned daily
- i.e. dusting, vacuuming, carpet maintenance, floor care, cleaning walls, mirrors, trash collection, etc.
- Ensures correct operational supplies and linen are distributed throughout supply closets
- Stocking linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens
- Launder pool towels and hotel linens
- Support management as needed
In order to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to:
- Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Prioritize and organize.
- Work independently and as a part of a team.
