Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Teach Core A & B
- Teach staff how to administer medication as well as how to document
- Employee client specific based on the clients medical needs
- Maintain the confidentiality of all client care information
- Knowledge of resident rights and responsibilities, including the right of refusal
- Monitor client care, analyzing the policies and procedures used in client care and ensure all clients receive care based on these standards
- Monitor client safety, ensure clients are receiving appropriate services, reduce medical adverse reactions as well as in home checks
Qualification Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
CPR certification
Valid Driver's License
