Develops, administers and directs strategic and tactical operational activities and programs directly related to the inpatient and outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Includes evaluation and providing quality services, to reduce gaps in service and overcome barriers to cost effective patient care. Responsible for daily operations at 3 designated facilities and the achievement of standards related to quality care, patient satisfaction, associate satisfaction, physician satisfaction, clinical outcomes, growth and fiscally responsible care delivery. Will establish short and long term goals and objectives for the department/services within the director’s scope of responsibility.

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation.
• 3 years of management/leadership experience over all physical medicine and rehabilitation services.
• Bachelors of Science degree from accredited college or university in physical rehabilitation discipline of PT, OT, or SLP.
• Current Colorado license or license eligibility and/or national registration/certification as applicable for professional degree
