Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units. Coordinates the daily activities of the units, in addition to performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in assigned areas. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but are not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience as a technologist. 1 years of supervisory experience, preferred. Efficiency in time management and interpersonal skills
• ARRT, ARDMS or CNMT registry in at least one of assigned modalities. Current Basic Life Support (BLS} from American Heart Association

Physical Requirements: Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Pay Range

$37.64 - $63.50 / hour
