Position Summary:
The Resident Services Supervisor is accountable for managing resident Memory Care services and to assure the safety of Mercy McMahon Terrace's memory care residents while delivering care consistent with the philosophy and standards of Mercy McMahon Terrace.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in memory care and supervising staff.
- 1 year Management in an RCFE environment.
- Familiarity with ALIS or other software specifically related to residential care facility management preferred.
- Knowledge of personal computers and various frequently used software programs (e.g.: Microsoft Office).
- Ability to understand and work with the population of Mercy McMahon Terrace.
- Able to understand and follow oral and written procedures and instructions.
