Job Title: Teacher Assistant
Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preschool curriculum consistent with State licensing requirements.
- Provide support to the lead teacher in supervising students at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in maintaining records of students’ progress and development, including attendance records, daily reports, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all children.
Qualifications:
- Associate in Child Development or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Efficient knowledge of computer skills and literacy in Microsoft Office.
- CPR certification/ability to receive certification upon emloyment
