What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrative Assistant position at Commonwealth Blinds and Shades?
We are a subcontractor to the commercial construction industry looking for a project administrative assistant. This is an administrative position assisting the estimating and project management teams. Experience with and knowledge of commercial construction is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include costing projects, preparing estimates, purchasing material, preparing submittals and administrative responsibilities. This position requires someone who is confident, organized, self-motivated and has a good work ethic. The candidate will need to have attention to detail along with good written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and prefer QuickBooks experience.
