Our Bedford, NH office is seeking entrepreneurial professionals to join our Financial Mastery Program in Summer 2024. Commonwealth Financial Group is a boutique, financial planning firm focused on helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals and futures.

  • Our Financial Planning Mastery Program is an elite program in the industry. This program has been thoughtfully crafted to provide individuals new to this career (or industry) the skillset and industry knowledge needed to feel confident in building a financial planning career.
  • Our FPM Program is designed for those passionate about helping others along with building/nurturing relationships. CFG provides comprehensive financial plans, strategies, and guidance to clients so they can reach their financial goals and feel secure that loved ones are safe. Our program guides our new advisors towards developing their markets with an additional focus on advanced planning.
  • Our FPM Program educates, develops, and financially supports successful professionals to build a financial planning career through classroom-style training and development, mentorships, partnerships, and joint work. You will receive support and guidance from our CFG staff, including access to tools and resources that will help you grow your business and communicate effectively with your prospects and clients.

Who do you need to be?

  • Our Financial Planners are established, and up-and-coming, leaders in our communities
  • 5-10 years of professional work experience (sales, business development, or client-facing roles are a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Licensing:

If you do not already have the SIE, Series 7, 66, and/or Life, Accident & Health license, you will work towards obtaining these to offer associated services, in addition to your continued professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
