EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position provides counseling services to out-of-state SERS members and participants in the Deferred Compensation and Defined Contribution Plans. It also conducts extensive research for appeals packages, responds to correspondence received from active and retired members, and provides Retired Employee Health Plan (REHP) and counseling support to both central office and field operations.Interested in learning more?
