Day to Day:
Commonwise is seeking one, highly professional LPN to serve as the Full Time Caregiver in our Charlottesville market. This role is central to the delivery of our “premium” style of in-home personal care. Specifically, by:
- Becoming familiar with every Commonwise client plan of care
- Meeting with the team to identify care coverage risks
- Coaching colleague caregivers assigned to shifts on how to be successful
- And serving as the on-call caregiver for the outlined on-call period
Work Week:
The FTC (Full-Time Caregiver) reports to the office to collaborate with the Care Management team and receive census updates. They are on-call Monday through Thursday. While the position is salaried, any hours worked beyond 40 during that period of time will be paid at time and a half.
Paid time off is available with appropriate notice.
