What to Expect:
As an Analyst, IT Operations - Server Tech Intern, you will be responsible for IT Infrastructure and operations deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Participation in multiple projects related to hardware and software upgrades/maintenance
- Help Desk Tickets
- Monitor Infrastructure for capacity and utilization
- Document processes and procedures
- Audit Tasks
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Junior or Senior standing in a BS, BA or master’s student in Computer Science or Information Systems from an accredited university
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.2
