Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Commercial Leader to join our team. to join our team. This is a remote role in the Seattle, WA area.
In the Microsoft Commercial Leader role, you will be responsible for developing account relationships at an executive level, as well as managing the ongoing customer account relationships for Microsoft with the sales contributors. This is a highly visible position. Proactive resolution of customer issues and partner concerns is pivotal. Daily collaboration with the account managers and other pertinent stakeholders to assess critical decision-maker needs and understand customers’ business, technology, and product requirements to develop a plan of action to meet customer needs. Works with business unit leaders in support of customer needs and events. Works extensively with field sales to engage local partner relationships.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation range (base sales bonus) is $160,400 to $240,700.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
