Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will have a strong background in project management ideally within the tank industry (UST/AST removals, installations and upgrades). As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing.
- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate resources, personnel, equipment and materials to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates with team.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Utilize process mapping techniques to identify areas for process improvement
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including EPA regulations and API standards preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
- Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with JobTread software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
