Mechanical Assembler/Technician Work Schedule: 4-Day Work Week – Monday-Thursday (6:00AM-4:30PM) Must Be a US Citizen
Responsibilities Include
Physical Requirements The employee may be required to lift, stack, push, pull and/or move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
Responsibilities Include
- As an Assembler/ Technician you will assist in the assembly, calibration, and testing of product.
- Set up and operate assembly tools (e.g., standard hand tools, micrometers, calipers)
- Assemble products per written procedures and/or schematics
- Perform visual inspections and Product Test Set up and operate test equipment (e.g., multimeters, pressure gauges and transducers, flow meters)
- Troubleshoot and rework products
- Manage or escalate issues impacting assembly and test, communicating with other technicians and team lead
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance Maintain all hand tools in clean working condition
- Notify supervisor of any equipment that requires repair
- Assist with testing equipment maintenance and/or repair
