General Summary: Provide general office administration and support to assist with office operations.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- General Office Duties:
- Support and coordination of general office needs, office & kitchen supplies, and client visits
- Answer general company phone calls
- Coordinate building management and repairs
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements
- Shipping and Receiving:
- Receive incoming and ship outgoing products via accounting and procurement processes
- Create purchase orders
- Employee Engagement:
- Act as the morale committee chair and ensure the execution of monthly team-building events
- Organize birthday and anniversary cards for the staff
- Create new employee welcome packets
- Proficient with general office applications
- Ability to become proficient in CommTech’s core business applications, specifically Connectwise CRM.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials
- Ability to develop an understanding of CommTech services and product offerings
