What You Will Do as the Home Health Regional Administrator

As the Home Health Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and directing all activities and programs of Stonerise Home Health.

As the Home Health Administrator, some of your primary responsibilities include:

• Planning, directing, and evaluating operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services
• Fiscal planning, budgeting, and managing operations in accordance with fiscal parameters
• Implementing governing body directives and ensuring that appropriate service policies are developed and implemented 
• Recruiting, employing, and retaining qualified personnel to maintain safe staffing levels
• Directing and monitoring organizational performance improvement activities
• Assuring that skilled nursing and other therapeutic services are under the supervision and direction of a physician or an RN
• Informing the governing body, team members, and professional advisory group of current organization, community, and industry trends

Education, Licensure & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Master’s degree in health care or related field preferred
• At least two (2) to five (5) years of experience in health care management preferably in health care management 
• Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel
