Financial Report Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.  Job Summary The Financial Specialist responsibilities will include maintenance of staff payroll allocations, development of reports needed to monitor staff allocations, budget data, A/R aging, Billing Aging, Encounter Data, Budget data, an miscellaneous reports as needed. The Financial Specialist will be responsible for collecting the back-up data required for the monthly grant reports and completing the back-up spreadsheets. The Financial Specialist will fill the role of back-up Payroll Specialist and will perform this duty one week per month to keep current on all aspects of these responsibilities. Skills/Requirements: High School diploma or equivalency required. College degree desired.  Minimum two years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of Accounting software, Payroll systems, and Human Resource systems. · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook · Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated competence in the areas of Confidentiality, Problem Solving, and Project Management. CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!
