Community Care Veterinary Specialists, in beautiful Gainesville, Florida, is a privately owned small animal speciality hospital in North Central Florida. We are currently seeking a full time Operational Manager with great interpersonal skills.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage an experienced, well-trained technical staff with a focus on patient care and self-growth. The Operational Manager will be responsible for personnel management, client care, and financial oversight. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the technical team, scheduling, recruitment support and maintaining optimal patient care. Additionally, the role involves overseeing client visits, addressing complaints, managing finances, and actively participating in leadership meetings. Requirements:
  • CVT or a minimum of 5 years experience in Veterinary management field.
