JOB TITLE: Enrollment Team Lead (Institutional Concierge)
REPORTS TO: Director of Enrollment Management

SUMMARY:
This position serves as the enrollment team lead in enrollment services and manages the enrollment teams, student communication campaigns and student journey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manages the enrollment teams and strategizes ways to improve the onboarding process.
- Monitors student enrollment through each stage of the student journey while providing, analyzing, and maintaining student data.
- Initiates and implements strategies to increase new student enrollment and retention.
- Manages and assists with student communication campaigns.
- Supports and executes internal communications output, including email announcements, emergency alerts, newsletters, and signage. Edit and revise content as necessary.
- Serves as the front door to the institution by playing a critical role in assisting The Office of the President with the coordination of high-priority external events, communications, and other engagement efforts.
- Trains members of the enrollment teams.
- Serves as concierge for the student services center by providing a welcoming, informative experience for students and guests including evening coverage.
- Assists with implementation of the college-wide recruitment plan.

- Assists with implementation of strategic enrollment management initiatives and projects.
- Builds relationships with other administrative offices, faculty, external entities and the community at-large.
- Adheres to policies, procedures and programs related to admissions and student records.
- Handles phone calls and schedules appointments as needed for enrollment services.
- Follows academic calendar to ensure processing and deadlines are met.
- Communicates with students in person and electronically.
- Updates campus TVs and marquee daily to support student journey process.
- Collaborates with other college departments to assist students.
- Maintains and enters data in the student information system.
- Performs other departmental duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of formal training and experience using student information systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. This experience should demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above duties.
