Community Connections, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician OR Direct Support Professional for it's North Valley treatment facility.
At Community Connections our team members are responsible for assisting clients to achieve a healthy relationship with food and self. As a Behavioral Health Technician you will be an integral part of the residential treatment team that will carry out treatment goals and maintain a team environment that will assist in implementing & supporting clients individual treatment plans.
Full time positions** and Part time positions are available with a variety of flexible schedules for candidates. Full time employment is eligible for full benefits package.
Position includes:

Position Qualifications:
Previous Behavioral Health Technician, Hospice Care, Direct Support Professional or Case Management experience is helpful.
Experience in a leadership role helpful, including problem solving, active listening, scheduling, mentoring, budgeting, effective time management, conflict resolution, effective in delegation and organization.
Experience in client transportation administration
Experience in identifying and securing community resources
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Must have enthusiasm to help clients achieve success
Must be creative and have the ability adapt to change quickly
Ability to build rapport with clients by use of encouragement, modeling and support
Able to perform De-escalation techniques when needed
Able to lead by example and a willingness to listen, engage and support clients in a residential setting
Ability to maintain informative, concise documentation for all client contact
Ability to maintain a safe work environment & maintain an environment that supports the rights the members we serve and the staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer and word processing skills
Hourly Starting Rate dependent on level of BHT/DSP experience

Employment Requirements:
AZDPS Level One Fingerprint Card (card must be maintained throughout employment with Community Connections)
Valid Arizona Driver's License
Current CPR and First Aid documentation
Current TB screening documentation
Must possess high school diploma or GED & Must be at least 21 years of age
