What are the responsibilities and job description for the LITTLE DRAGONS SUPERVISOR position at Community Education?
Position Summary:
Responsible for the delivery and leading of the Little Dragon After-School Sports Program at the elementary schools for Grades 1-2. Sports could include soccer, basketball, and more.
Responsibilities:
-Supervises the conduct of program participants.
-Help develop skills of participants and teach in a positive and safe environment.
-Enforces all general building rules including emergency procedures related to the facility.
-Keeps facility/site clean and in an orderly condition for participants and their families.
-Monitor groups to ensure proper use of facility.
-Know proper location and how to use cleaning materials.
-Problem solve any issues while showing positive customer service.
Experience:
-Must be at least 18 years old. Previous supervisory or coaching experience is recommended but not required.
-Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
Schedule:
-Weekdays after school until 5:00pm. Each season consists of four weeks.
-Position is throughout the school year
Pay Rate:
$15.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience
