We are currently seeking a self-directed (entry level) IT Analyst/Programmer intern which offers an opportunity for someone pursuing a career as a developer, designer, or information technology specialist to develop their skills to deploy technology solutions that solve problems for businesses and organizations.

- Utilize their technical and analytical skills, demonstrate effective communication techniques and project development knowledge to perform activities throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) such as: requirements analysis & definition, application design and development, system test planning and execution, deployment planning, documentation, and some programming
- Support one or more experienced business professionals in performance of assignments, spend time shadowing actual operations, and have unique assignments that support larger projects as well as experience the day-to-day workings of the business side of the financial services industry
- Perform and/or participate in additional activities/events which help them build a strong network within the community and with fellow interns
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Analyst/Programmer major
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Fundamental understanding of Windows and Linux based Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites and basic networking concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
