Member Liaison – Community Health Associates

Community Health Associates is seeking an energetic, motivated, and passionate Member Liaison who performs a variety of administrative support tasks and/or activities including: efficient customer service, request and update general member information, answer basic questions, and perform routine clerical, data entry/data retrieval, and/or filing duties. As a team member, will play an important role by collaborating with other staff and contributing toward CHA’s mission and values.

Experience: (Minimum Qualifications)
· High School Diploma or GED - Required
· Customer service experience working within the health or human services setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to respond to callers with patience, objectivity and a nonjudgmental attitude
· Excellent listening skills are required to effectively understand the problem that is being presented verbally.
· Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
· Must be able to obtain a CPR/First Aid card
· Must be able to obtain TB Test/Chest X-Ray
Schedule:
· Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
