This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital North, and Heart and Vascular location at 8075 N Shadeland Ave, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN.
Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in North Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced advanced practice provider in cardiology, or new graduate with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU or ICU settings strongly preferred.
