We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,200 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital North, and Heart and Vascular location at 8075 N Shadeland Ave, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN.


Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in North Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced advanced practice provider in cardiology, or new graduate with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU or ICU settings strongly preferred.

  • General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
  • 4 10’s schedule with rotating holidays and every 9th weekend rotation
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

Licensure & Certification

  • Board Certification required
  • Indiana medical license will be required

Additional Information

Must be flexible in schedule of hours worked based on the access needs of the patient population being served.
