Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity available within our Family Medicine Clinic located in Greenwood, Indiana.
Where you fit in
Performs direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborates with RN on the plan of care. Direct patient care can include assisting with ADLs, medication administration, phlebotomy. Indirect care may include order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education. Collaborates with other team members to perform other unit services as directed.

Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
