Community Health of Central Washington – Ellensburg has an opening for a full time Reception Supervisor to coordinate and oversee operations of our medical front office. You will supervise front office staff to provide on-going training/cross-training, mentoring, and evaluation to ensure excellent customer service, efficient scheduling, and patient satisfaction. Entering provider clinic schedules including template changes into practice management system while following scheduling guidelines, managing the patient recall system, preparing daily deposits, and providing back up front office coverage as needed are among your responsibilities in this role. The Reception Supervisor works closely with the Regional Health Services Manager on annual budget, patient satisfaction data, and implementation of policies, procedures and compliance measures as directed.
Qualified applicants will have an Associate’s degree in related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Experience with OCHIN/Epic is desirable. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
