Responsibilities: We are looking for an RN Structural Heart Program Manager to join our Fresno Heart and Surgical team! Using your expertise, you will lead and mentor a team of 10 employees. You will lead the coordination of care for patients and equip your team to see the patient through their full wellness of care.
If you're looking to build strong relationships with patients and staff, work with a nationally recognized certified LVAD program and identify and support areas of improvement and services, then this is the job for you! Qualifications: Education
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR other healthcare related Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required
- 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
- Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
Licenses and Certifications
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
