MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director.
- Lead our Resident Categorical Internal Medicine residency program
- Practice a combination of administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities (50/50)
- Must have a minimum of three years of educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Program as a member of the faculty or leadership team
- Participate in faculty recruitment and retention
- Develop curriculum, policies, and procedures for the program
