Community Health & Wellness Partners has an opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/MA) with excellent patient relationship skills to join our team in our Indian Lake Community Health Center.

As an Outreach Associate, you will be the first contact for patients over the phone and in person. Excellent customer service skills are necessary. Computer skills are required but training will be provided.
Education:
High School education required.
Must be a Certified Medical Assistant
Must be able to work Multiple Locations within Logan County
