Community HigherEd is seeking a talented and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department. In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our three College campuses. Your duties will include conducting quality assessments, hands-on maintenance of the property including general upkeep and repair, scheduling repairs, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with the ability to carry out tasks with a strong sense of urgency, customer service, and safety. Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and climbing to conduct repairs, and perform inspections. Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with full benefits package. Background and drug screen required.
