Community Home Health Care (formerly Accu Care Home Health Services) has been specializing in providing Private Duty Nursing for both Pediatric and Adult clients for over 35 years in the Capital District and surrounding Counties. We are the most experienced and knowledgeable PDN Licensed Home Care Service Agency in the area.
We are looking for an RN or LPN in the Waterford NY area for a full-time or part-time private duty case.
Adolescents male patient with vent and G-tube .

Job Requirements:
- NYS LPN or RN license required
- Must pass a background check
- Be Fully COVID vaccinated
Hours:
Overnight Hours Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10pm - 6am
