Community House Mental Health Agency is looking to hire two Residential Case Managers for our facility located in Seattle WA.


Location: Hilltop Manor - Capitol Hill area


Position: Two openings - full time - Weekdays, no weekends. One day shift and one swing hours - 1pm - 11pm.

Salary: Starting - $22.26. per hour and up DOE.


Full medical, dental, disability, 25 plus days off per year to start.


Start Date: ASAP

Program Summary:


The Residential Program provides 24 hour care which includes meal preparation and serving, medication management, as well as on-site and off-site activities and outings. We focus on the “re-socialization” of individuals, utilizing the entire community—including other residents, staff, and to a limited extent the local community—as active components of treatment. Addiction is viewed in the context of an individual’s social, physical and psychological impairments.


Job Summary:


The Case Manager is assigned a client caseload, and co-creates client centered Treatment Plans on a regular basis in order to discover, establish, maintain, and meet client goals. The Case Manager assists individuals who are experiencing Chronic Mental Health and Chemical Dependency issues, who are also transitioning from involuntary treatment at either Western State Hospital or a local inpatient facility to the Long Term Residential Setting.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • BA is required for this position.
  • Some previous experience working with people who have severe and persistent mental illnesses is preferred.

Skills Required: Ability to work independently and within a team.

Employees below 30 hours per week have benefits pro-rated to 50% down to 20 hours per week. Below 20 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental benefits but can accrue vacation time per City of Seattle regulations.
