Position: Program Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Housing
This position coordinates applications, program requirements for various funders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process paperwork for disbursements for City, County and FHLB for all funders.
- Maintain relationships with funders
- Ensures grant reimbursements are submitted on time
- Completes all documents, forms and reports required by the funder
- Developments and maintains master files on grants and documentation connected to programs funded by grants
- Assist with processing applications as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Four year degree or equivalent experience in the non-profit, community development, social service space
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal funding sources
- Thorough understanding of grant funding policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Extremely organized and meticulous with detail
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret financial data and prepare budgets and financial grant reports
- Ability to be discreet with personal information that may be needed for some grants such as employee salaries or upcoming projects
- The willingness to work in a highly collaborative atmosphere and within a team
